About 313 Gates

Gates are all we do.

A gate is not a door on its side. It lives outdoors, takes weather and traffic every day, and fails in ways a door never does. 313 Gates works on nothing else.

Why one specialty

On purpose.

Most companies that touch a gate in Metro Detroit are garage door companies first, with gates bolted onto the service list. A gate operator shares almost nothing with a garage door opener: different loads, different failure points, different code requirements at the property line. 313 Gates exists because that gap in real specialization was worth filling, not because gates were an easy add-on to another trade.

Four things we don’t bend on.

Gates only No garage doors, no fencing crews moonlighting on gate calls. One specialty, every truck.
Honest diagnosis A firm quote comes after the gate is actually inspected, not guessed over the phone.
Real parts Repairs use real hardware for the brand on your driveway, not a universal substitute.
No pressure An estimate is an estimate. You decide when, or if, to move forward.

How we work.

01 You call or request service Describe the gate and the problem. That alone usually narrows the likely cause.
02 A technician comes out On-site diagnosis, not a phone guess.
03 You get a firm quote Approve the scope before any work begins.
04 The gate gets fixed Repaired, installed, or upgraded, and cycle-tested before the crew leaves.
Talk to a gate person. Not a call center reading a script. Call and describe what's actually going on.
